Shipping Policy

Sycamore Ridge Outfitters LLC ships prAnaM orders from Colton, California to addresses in the contiguous United States. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders as shown in the header and at checkout.

Processing

In-stock items usually leave our facility within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT begin processing the next business day.

Carriers and tracking

We hand parcels to common U.S. carriers. A tracking link is emailed to the address used at checkout. Transit times are estimates; weather and carrier volume can add a day or two.

Where we ship

We currently ship inside the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for some carriers. International checkout is not offered on this storefront.

Damaged boxes

Photograph the carton and the item, then write [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the damaged piece once we confirm the claim.
