Return & Refund Policy

Every prAnaM piece is packed to be worn. If the fit, fabric, or color is not right, you have a 30-day unused-return window from the delivery date on the carrier scan.

What we take back

• Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging
• The same SKU and size that left our bench
• A return started by emailing [email protected] with the order number

What we cannot take back

• Swim, underwear, and face-covering layers once the hygiene seal is opened
• Gift cards
• Items returned after day 30

Refunds

Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method after we inspect the parcel, usually within 5–10 business days of receipt. Outbound shipping is not refunded unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong piece. There is no restocking fee on approved returns.
